THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF JAKARTA MINI 2013

Bina Nusantara English Club (BNEC) proudly presents to you Jakarta Mini 2013! It is an open tournament, which means composite teams and alumni are welcome to join. This year, we're expanding the team caps from 40 to 48! Here are the details of the tournament:

1. Date & Venue: 27&28 July 2013, Bina Nusantara University Kemanggisan (the exact venue/building will be decided by early July)

2. Format: British Parliamentary (N=1 rule applies) - composite teams and alumni allowed

3. Rego Fee: Rp 300k/team (includes meal, snacks, and certificates - does not include lodging accommodation, but we will be providing you with lodging recommendation if needed. For lodging information, you can contact Fredy Ho 087884863867)

4. Team Caps: 48 - no institutional cap

5. Adjudication Core:

• Chief Adjudicator: Vera (Bina Nusantara University)
• Deputy Chief Adjudicator: Cindy Francisca (Atma Jaya University) & Fauzan Reza Maulana (Institut Teknologi Bandung)

6. Prize:

• Champion: Rp 1,000,000,-
• 1st Runner Up: Rp 750,000,-
• Best Speaker: Rp 250,000,-

7. Registration: We are opening the registration on the 23rd of May 2013 (tomorrow) at 1pm Jakarta Time until June 28th 2013 at 11pm. We will announce the main list and the details of payment on the 30th of June. We're using the "first comes first served" system. Please be reminded that we will only accept the submission after the registration is officially open, we will NOT accept any submission before 1pm tomorrow.
